How do we pay?
You buy credit in advance against a GST invoice and pay by bank transfer. Interviews and resumes draw from that balance, and you can see every charge.
What if we do not use all our credit?
The account owner can ask for unused credit back from the billing page. It leaves your balance straight away and is transferred to your account.
What happens when credit runs low?
You get a warning while there is enough for two more interviews. When it runs out, new invites pause. Interviews already sent always run, so no candidate is left stranded.
Is a pilot different?
A pilot is the same product on your real roles, set up together with your team. You keep every report and recording it produces.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Candidates do not need an account, and applying and interviewing are free for them.
