A panel that listens like your best interviewer.

Each interviewer has a name, a background, a voice and a slice of your rubric. They ask one question at a time, follow up on what the candidate actually said, and never give feedback mid-call.

Handovers with a brief, like a real panel.

A minute before time, each interviewer wraps up and writes what the next one should push on. The next one follows up instead of starting over, and notices when a story changes.

1

Your first interviewer

You set the role, name and voice

2

Your second interviewer

Its own slice of your rubric

3

Your third interviewer

Optional: two or three, your call

Brief from interviewer 1 to 2

Claims sole ownership of settlement. Notice period 45 days. Ask who else worked on the cut-over.

Brief from interviewer 2 to 3

Strong on Postgres. Coding clean. Did not answer how retries are owned. Push on on-call.

In the language candidates think in.

Fifteen languages, with Indian, American, British and other accents. Hindi and Hinglish interviewers switch to English for technical terms, the way people really talk.

Live coding, with someone watching the thinking.

For technical rounds the candidate gets a plain editor in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++ or Go. The interviewer sees the code as it is written and asks about it. Leave the problem blank and a fresh one is written for each candidate, so it cannot be leaked.

Interviewer: Why sort first? And what does this return for an empty list?

Questions they will never ask.

Age. Religion. Caste. Marital status. Children. Health. Family.

Written into every interviewer’s instructions, for every company, and not something a job setting can switch off.
